Defines product vision and strategy, maintains roadmaps, prioritizes initiatives, leads product discovery, documents business requirements, coordinates staffing, manages stakeholder relationships, oversees risks and issues, and ensures architecture alignment and delivery of enhancements. The role collaborates with business analysts, technical teams, division partners, state employees, and officials while considering diverse community perspectives.

Leads strategy, lifecycle management, integration, and continuous improvement for enterprise contact center technologies. Translates business needs into product roadmaps and technical requirements, coordinates cross-functional and vendor teams, supports application development and API integrations, and oversees testing, implementation, troubleshooting, security, reliability, automation, reporting, and production support.

Supports technology products by assisting with product maintenance, enhancements, system administration, requirements gathering, process mapping, release and bug-fix validation, technical troubleshooting, user support, training, and business analysis. The role also coordinates with stakeholders, supports inclusive communication, and works under general direction within an assigned product portfolio.

Plans, organizes, and supervises regional support services involving inspections, maintenance, and tracking of agency offices, fleet, and other assets. Administers office space and vehicle reservation systems, updates office status, coordinates safety activities, facilitates after-hours fleet emergencies, and trains and evaluates subordinate staff. The role requires extensive travel throughout an assigned Oklahoma region and serves as a liaison for internal and external support services.

Provides administrative support for a child support office, including reception, court filings, computer system updates, filing, and other assigned duties. Requires strong customer service skills, confidentiality, a valid driver’s license, and required car insurance.

Conduct confidential background investigations and criminal history searches for employees, vendors, volunteers, and community partners. Examine and capture fingerprints using manual, automated, and Livescan systems; maintain background-check databases and records; contact courts, district attorneys, law enforcement, OSBI, and Idemia for documentation and fingerprint investigations. Review requests, provide technical support to child care and child welfare programs, answer inquiries, and assist callers with background-check processes.

Provides legal administrative support: conduct legal research (including Westlaw), draft and file legal documents (electronic filing), manage case files, respond to Open Records requests, assist with trial/hearing preparation and court proceedings, coordinate communications and scheduling, and supervise lower-level staff. Occasional travel and driving required.

Design, develop, test, debug and maintain applications; gather and analyze user requirements; produce technical specifications; coordinate/perform user acceptance and integration testing; provide training and technical support; participate in system implementation and occasional project management.

Supervise the Education and Training Voucher (ETV) unit and staff, develop and maintain program protocols and data, lead employment program efforts, manage community and employer relationships, develop and monitor contracts, ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations, update policy/ITS, and assist with State and Federal reporting.
