The Community Director oversees property management, ensuring financial returns and compliance with laws, mentoring staff, managing client relations, and enhancing community engagement.

Assist the Community Director with financial and operational property management tasks including rent collection, bookkeeping, invoice processing, bank deposits, account reconciliations, tenant communications, lease enforcement and evictions, move-outs, resident relations, occasional leasing support, and using property management software to record and report community financials.

Lead and oversee on-site property operations to maximize financial performance and asset condition.
