The Chief Financial Officer leads financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, treasury, tax, payroll, grants, compliance, and risk management. The role also oversees accounting and finance operations, improves systems and workflows, monitors financial and operational performance, and supports CARF accreditation. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO partners with executive leadership and the Board on strategic planning, resource allocation, controls, and long-term organizational sustainability.

Coordinate with Board, committees, members, and outside advisors; maintain financial controls, compliance, and member communications. Work independently, handle sensitive information discreetly, and support technology and records modernization.

Lead strategic and operational direction for education, ceramics, visual arts exhibitions, and community engagement. Manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee curriculum and studio safety, build partnerships, manage departmental budgets, and implement systems and data-driven evaluation to grow mission-driven programs.

Lead strategy, operations, and growth for a national nonprofit CEO program. Oversee staff, KPIs, finances, fundraising, and external partnerships; expand programs into new communities and serve as the primary ambassador to donors and stakeholders.

Lead and scale a small nonprofit as its inaugural Executive Director. Oversee programs (peer support, research, training), drive fundraising and financial stewardship, manage remote operations, supervise volunteers and consultants, ensure legal/regulatory compliance, deepen stakeholder/partner relationships, and raise brand awareness through communications and advocacy.
