Provide Tier 2 on-site and remote IT support across four school campuses: troubleshoot and repair staff and student devices, deploy and inventory hardware, maintain desktops/printers/AV systems, assist with network/system administration, manage tickets and vendors, and ensure compliance with technology and data security policies.
