Lead origination, evaluation and execution of M&A transactions across Spain, Portugal, LATAM and Europe. Build pipeline, conduct financial and commercial analysis, coordinate due diligence and advisors, draft LOIs/SPAs, lead negotiations, present recommendations to the Board, and support post-merger integration and value creation tracking.
