Own day-to-day bookkeeping across eleven stations and cost centers. Responsibilities include maintaining the QuickBooks Online general ledger, station-level P&Ls, corporate card coding, accounts payable, bank and credit card reconciliations, debt schedules, monthly close support, payroll-related journal entries, and audit-ready financial reporting. The role requires independently identifying discrepancies and escalating issues while supporting the Fractional CFO and CAO.
