Responsibilities include designing eval infrastructure, owning fine-tuning pipelines, and pushing the frontier of AI applications relevant to nuclear operations, ensuring high-quality outputs and continuous improvement.

The Chief of Staff will manage the company's operating systems, coordinate cross-functional programs, ensure timely hiring, communicate effectively, and create essential business processes and documentation.
