Provide project and operational support for hospital network infrastructure: configure/install switches and UPS, maintain network and telephony hardware, respond to failures, assist with port patching, ensure network security and availability, contribute to on-call rota to support 24/7 digital services.

Manage product backlogs, represent users in sprint planning, run user and management forums, maintain product documentation, engage stakeholders and suppliers, and support software implementations, migrations and upgrades to improve healthcare delivery across both trusts.

Operate the inventory management system using barcode technology to order, track, pick, pack and deliver medical and surgical supplies. Maintain accurate stock records, assist with audits, provide customer service to clinical teams, prioritise urgent requests, perform light manual handling, and contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain processes.

Coordinate and deliver careers and workforce development activities across two NHS trusts, including career coaching, work experience placements, events, data collection and reporting, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with Trust policies and induction processes.
