Design reliable multi-step agent workflows with planning, tool use, memory, streaming, failure recovery, and fallback mechanisms. Integrate LLMs, RAG systems, and external tools while improving latency, observability, monitoring, and workflow success rates. Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams to deliver scalable AI-native experiences.

Implement and configure Collibra data catalog and lineage (technical and business), integrate metadata from ETL, data lake/DWH and core banking systems, map end-to-end lineage, enforce MAS-aligned data governance, validate metadata quality, and manage stakeholder delivery and reporting.

Drive commercial growth for MongoDB Atlas and Professional Services by prospecting into emerging companies, engaging CTOs and technical leaders, and managing the full sales cycle. Responsibilities include generating pipeline through outbound and inbound channels, closing new-logo deals, meeting revenue targets, maintaining Salesforce and Clari pipelines, creating quotes, processing orders, and collaborating with marketing, account development, and solutions architecture teams.
