Own commercial contracting, privacy and data-protection (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA) programs, corporate governance, IP/open-source policy, and telecom/AI regulatory posture. Design scalable architectures, build integrations and reference implementations, debug production issues, lead technical workshops, and translate customer needs into product insights. Contribute code and documentation to improve developer experience and support customers through launch and scaling.

Provide technical support and advocacy for developers using LiveKit: triage and fix bugs, write sample and production-quality code, update docs, collaborate with community, meet customers to ensure successful integrations, and partner with Sales/BD on customer strategy.

Own and grow mid-tier GSI and ecosystem partnerships, run technical partner conversations, build a repeatable partner program from scratch, connect sales and special projects, and convert partner interest into trackable pipeline and real business outcomes.

Build and lead a 0->1 sales enablement function for a technical, developer-focused voice AI platform. Partner with CRO and sales leaders to design revenue-impacting onboarding, ramp, content, and field enablement programs; deliver practical training AEs use and travel monthly for in-person bootcamps and kickoffs.
