Provides customer service and sales support at a bank branch, including opening and closing accounts, advising customers on banking products, cross-selling services, answering inquiries, resolving issues, handling checks and cash-related duties, and assisting branch management. Requires accurate, confidential, and professional service while maintaining knowledge of banking products, regulations, and procedures.

Processes lockbox payments by scanning, encoding, verifying, and posting transactions. Reconciles payments, deposits, and account balances; resolves discrepancies; onboards new customers and conducts annual reviews. Reviews returned mail, provides customer service, and maintains accurate records while meeting deadlines in a high-speed banking environment.

Oversees daily branch operations while assisting the operations manager with staff supervision, scheduling, training, performance reviews, customer service, account services, policy compliance, audits, reporting, budgeting, and promotion of banking products. Provide administrative and client-facing support for mortgage loan applications: answer calls, gather and review documentation, update CRM, coordinate with originators and processors, ensure timely disclosures, follow up on loan status, and perform general office duties.

Perform internal audit procedures under manager supervision to evaluate design and effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, compliance with banking laws, and safeguarding of assets. Document process flows, define scope and tests, execute testing, report findings, monitor corrective actions, and support annual audit planning. Limited travel; periodic in-office work required.

Sells treasury management products and services to existing and prospective banking customers within an assigned territory. Demonstrates solutions, supports customer selection, develops prospects, makes joint lending calls, reports customer and competitive insights, and participates in trade shows. Installs and trains customers on treasury management equipment and access. Provides sales support for third-party merchant, payroll, and insurance services while maintaining product, market, and compliance knowledge.

Manages insurance client accounts and serves as the primary customer contact. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and quotes, issuing binders and policy notices, distributing certificates, maintaining agency records, processing claims and loss notices, assisting with renewals, and cross-selling insurance products. The role requires accurate administrative work, customer service, collaboration, insurance knowledge, proper licensing, and regular in-office attendance.
