As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will engage in a five-phased training program covering warehouse logistics, operations, inside and outside sales, and project management to understand all aspects of the business.

Handle daily invoicing and shipping paperwork, reconcile cash transactions and prepare bank deposits, manage vendor payables, answer customer calls and book appointments, file packing slips and reports, support Profit Centre activities, follow safety rules, and perform other tasks as requested by the Showroom Manager.

Provide bilingual (French/English) first-line IT support across Canada: remote provisioning, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, mobile and network issues; manage Microsoft 365/Azure AD/Exchange; follow incident management processes and deliver high-quality customer service.

Provide exceptional customer service at parts counter, process orders (pricing, substitutions), prepare quotes, offer technical support, build and maintain customer relationships, monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, and support outside sales team.
