Support national talent acquisition for the Management Development program: screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual interviews, coordinate career fairs and a 100-person conference, create/manage job postings and job ads, conduct exit interviews, assist onboarding, maintain quality and stakeholder feedback. Bilingual English/French required.

Manage inside sales for municipal water and wastewater projects: process orders and quotations, grow and maintain customer accounts, interpret mechanical bills and blueprints, coordinate lead times with vendors, resolve customer issues, support outside sales and counter teams, and meet profit and sales targets.

Process and verify vendor invoices, match purchase orders and receiving documents, reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, respond to vendor inquiries, maintain accurate AP records, ensure compliance with policies and support administrative/reception duties as needed.

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will engage in a five-phased training program covering warehouse logistics, operations, inside and outside sales, and project management to understand all aspects of the business.

Handle daily invoicing and shipping paperwork, reconcile cash transactions and prepare bank deposits, manage vendor payables, answer customer calls and book appointments, file packing slips and reports, support Profit Centre activities, follow safety rules, and perform other tasks as requested by the Showroom Manager.
