Provide front-line reception and customer service at the County Courthouse; manage and maintain corporate records per TOMRMS and retention by-law; support events, payments, records requests, filing, FileHold data entry, shelving, records transfers, and staff training; ensure confidentiality, safety, and adherence to policies.
