Partner with engineering and sourcing teams while developing the future supplier industrialization organization.

Own system integration across robotic platforms from requirements decomposition through field deployment. Collaborate across hardware, firmware, controls, mechanical, electrical, safety, reliability, and manufacturing teams. Define measurable requirements, interfaces, validation strategies, system test plans, and readiness reviews. Prototype and characterize components, lead calibration and tuning, debug hardware-software interactions, analyze logs and failure modes, and support DFMEAs, HARAs, and post-launch monitoring.

Build and productionize edge and teleoperation software for field data capture and operator tooling. Develop device management, sensor orchestration, real-time data pipelines, annotation workflows, and deployment/configuration tooling. Support live systems onsite, instrument for observability, and collaborate with product, research, and operations to scale deployments across manufacturing sites.

Lead and grow the electrical engineering team while owning end-to-end electrical architecture for robotic systems. Design and review schematics and PCB layouts, set EE standards, integrate high-speed sensors and distributed EtherCAT actuation, and drive system bring-up, fault isolation, DFM/DFA, and production ramp with manufacturers.

Lead structural CAE for robot systems from concept to production: build and analyze FEA models, perform static and dynamic analyses, derive loads via MBD, predict stiffness/deflection, correlate models with test data, and establish CAE standards and load-case libraries.

The Senior Safety Engineer will manage the safety lifecycle for a humanoid robot, overseeing hazard analysis, component selection, certification, and collaboration with various engineering teams.
