Engage employees of healthcare and adjacent partner organizations to generate and qualify student enrollment leads. Conduct meaningful conversations, capture accurate lead data, coordinate onsite events with account management, attend tradeshows, and source additional leads for marketing. Target a minimum of 50 quality conversations per month and collaborate with enrollment teams to ensure high-quality service and data capture.

Support student finance operations by processing Title IV aid, running and analyzing reports, managing student accounts, and administering Federal Work-Study awards. Ensure compliance with federal regulations, reconcile FWS funds, partner with university stakeholders, meet SLAs, and provide timely, accurate service to students and external agencies.
