Provides enterprise-wide leadership for support operations across academic institutions, improving student services, resource planning, process efficiency, technology enablement, and regulatory compliance. Oversees student financial operations, audits, regulatory responses, budgets exceeding $5 million, and funding portfolios exceeding $1.8 billion.
