Engage employees of healthcare and adjacent partner organizations to generate and qualify student leads, conduct outreach and onsite events, capture accurate lead data, collaborate with account management and enrollment teams, and attend tradeshows. Expected to be in the field multiple days per week across a Louisiana/Mississippi territory to meet monthly conversation and lead targets.

Provide high-level confidential administrative support to senior leaders: manage calendars, travel, meetings, correspondence, records, budgets, and large events; act as liaison across stakeholders; prepare materials for board/cabinet; support team projects and maintain discretion.

Lead full clinical contract lifecycle for clinical operations: manage contract pipelines, liaise with Legal, Finance, hospitals and academic partners, analyze contract data, maintain SharePoint reports, train and orient staff, support Contract Manager, and drive process improvements to ensure compliant contract execution and timely completion.

Provide campus-level academic leadership for the BSN program: recruit, onboard, mentor and evaluate faculty; ensure curriculum alignment and quality; drive student success, retention, NCLEX preparedness and clinical placements; collaborate with national teams on curriculum, compliance, budgets and library resources; assign workloads, manage academic meetings, and serve as campus liaison for regulatory and accreditation matters.

Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for assigned campuses and online programs to drive enrollment. Develop integrated multi-channel campaigns, set KPIs, manage agencies and vendors, ensure compliant on-brand messaging, analyze and optimize performance, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders. Travel approximately 15%.

Provide high-level administrative and confidential support to Vice Presidents and executive leaders: manage calendars, travel, meetings, records, budgets, and correspondence; organize large meetings and prepare materials for Board/Executive Cabinet; act as liaison across stakeholders; support special projects and CEO requests while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Serve as a trusted advisor managing complex, sensitive employee relations cases including investigations, performance and conduct issues, ADA accommodations, and leave administration. Conduct fact-finding, develop recommendations, draft employment documentation, analyze ER trends, and partner with Legal, Compliance, Benefits, Risk, and HR partners to mitigate risk and support leaders through coaching, training, and policy interpretation.

Contact and qualify prospective students via phone, email, and SMS; guide applicants through enrollment by coordinating with internal teams; build rapport in a high-volume environment; support campus events and community outreach; maintain compliance with university policies and adapt to process changes to meet enrollment goals.

Manage alumni volunteer recruitment, mentorship, storytelling, and events to deepen alumni affinity and mobilize champions. Coordinate volunteer training, communications, CRM tracking, and collaborate with internal partners to connect alumni to student success and enrollment initiatives.

Manage alumni volunteer and member engagement programs to deepen affinity and mobilize alumni as volunteers, ambassadors, and mentors. Coordinate recruitment, training, communications, CRM tracking, and event support (virtual and in-person). Collaborate with internal partners to connect alumni activity to student success, enrollment, and reputation goals, and report on program metrics and ROI.
