The Risk and Vulnerability Analyst II conducts vulnerability scans, analyzes vulnerabilities, supports remediation, and improves security visibility within the enterprise. Responsibilities include troubleshooting scanning tools, maintaining scan operations, and coordinating with cyber defense teams.

Lead proactive threat hunting operations by analyzing logs, EDR, IDS, PCAP, and network traffic to identify malicious activity. Apply MITRE ATT&CK/D3FEND methodologies, use scripting/query languages to hunt and report findings, support SOC and incident response, and develop detection and monitoring recommendations.

The Project Manager will oversee Work Orders, ensuring milestones are met and manage programmatic risks while providing reports on project progress and risk management.

Design, develop, and maintain secure cloud-based web applications and APIs in AWS and Azure. Ensure FedRAMP and DoD Impact Level compliance, apply modern web frameworks (React/Angular), serverless architectures, and CI/CD best practices to support a federated data ecosystem for DoD mission analytics and interoperability.

Manage end-to-end procurement for a DoD program: develop workflows, negotiate vendor agreements, track budget and license usage, maintain centralized license/service ledger, and support chargeback models for shared software and cloud resources.

Design, develop, and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines and ETL for large unstructured datasets. Build and operate CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications with Docker, deploy on Kubernetes, and collaborate with developers, data scientists, SMEs, and cyber analysts to deliver data management solutions.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable Data Lake architectures; integrate Data Lake with Stardog knowledge graph; optimize ETL/ELT and Delta Lake pipelines; enforce DoD IL-4/IL-5 security, IAM/RBAC, and Unity Catalog governance; produce compliance and performance reports; support DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud integrations across AWS/Azure/GCP.

Manage DoD-focused procurement activities: track expenditures, ensure DFARS/FAR compliance, perform market research, administer and document chargebacks, consolidate license requirements, and support budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement audits.

Provide Tier 1/2 help desk support for a DoD program, managing IAM and cloud authentication issues (CAC, SSO, MFA), use ITSM tools (ServiceNow/JIRA), enforce SLAs, track tickets and report help desk performance metrics.

Support government program by developing and testing communications hardware/software prototypes, creating schematics and emulators, writing code (Python/C++), producing technical test reports, and presenting results. Provide systems engineering, electrical engineering, and technical writing expertise for encrypted communications across UHF/HF/ELF bands.
