Administer and support PeopleSoft 9.x (Payroll/HR/Benefits): analyze business/technical processes, translate requirements into PeopleSoft solutions, provide production support, develop customizations, document SDLC artifacts, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Designs and executes test plans for Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate). Validates functionality, performance, security, and data integrity; documents defects; maintains test artifacts and traceability; supports configuration management, test effort estimation, regression and UAT, and ensures DoD/Army compliance across multiple IT projects.
