Own strategic operator relationships, drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling, build scalable client-management processes, establish KPIs, and provide market insights to product teams. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing account management team while collaborating with sales, product, operations, and technology stakeholders to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Manage and grow a portfolio of more than 50 SMB clients through relationship management, renewals, retention, upselling, cross-selling, and full-cycle consultative sales. Build pipeline, maintain CRM data, identify account growth opportunities, meet revenue targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to support customer success and commercial initiatives. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer focus, and experience with CRM-based sales processes.
