Optimize performance (sub-second queries), implement monitoring, manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform, maintain CI/CD and clean code standards, mentor engineers, and deliver analytics dashboards and data products for stakeholders.

Manage full-spectrum HR operations for North America, including employee relations, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, learning and development, DEI and engagement initiatives, and local implementation of global People strategies while partnering with CoEs, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business leaders.

Drive outbound and inbound prospecting to create pipeline across sports, media, and betting. Use creative multi-channel outreach, qualify leads, maintain Salesforce, attend industry events, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product to refine messaging and improve conversion.
