Analyzes prediction market, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and sports-related datasets to identify trends, anomalies, relationships, and risks. Builds monitoring frameworks, dashboards, visualizations, automated reporting processes, and investigative methodologies. Supports wallet attribution, transaction tracing, network analysis, revenue recovery, intellectual property protection, and commercial intelligence. Supports SEC 20-F reporting, IFRS and US GAAP technical accounting, complex accounting memoranda, financial statement disclosures, consolidations, close activities, SOX controls, and internal and external audits. Researches new standards and SEC regulations, trains finance teams, manages equity award accounting, performs journal entries and flux analysis, and improves reporting processes. Collaborates with legal, investor relations, payroll, rewards, audit, and accounting teams.

Supports monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and audit documentation. The Accountant collaborates with finance and other departments, handles ad hoc requests, and assists with accounting operations for international group companies. The role requires accounting or finance education, 2–3 years of experience, IFRS knowledge, strong Excel skills, English fluency, and analytical ability.

Analyze complex datasets to identify unauthorized usage, revenue leakage, fraud indicators, anomalies, risks, and commercial opportunities. Leads deep-dive investigations, client performance reviews, and improvement initiatives while coordinating with Trading, MTS, account management, quantitative analytics, Product, Technology, and QA teams. Translates stakeholder feedback and analytical findings into measurable product and service enhancements.

Lead and grow a Scout Admin engineering team, balancing people management with hands-on design and development. Coordinate with product and cross-functional teams, drive technical excellence, manage tech debt, contribute to architecture and long-term strategy, and coach engineers to improve skills and career progression.
