Lead development of scalable, fault-tolerant cloud microservices and UIs on a Microsoft/Azure stack. Write high-quality code, shape technical strategy, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, SRE, and architecture teams to deliver performant features across web, API, and mobile channels.

Provide L2 on-site and remote deskside support across Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365 and endpoint tooling. Manage device provisioning, lifecycle activities, AV/meeting-room troubleshooting, printer/peripheral support, basic network checks, ticket triage/escalation, asset management, and documentation to ensure timely resolution and strong user experience.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformations using dbt, Snowflake and Python. Implement data quality checks, orchestration (Dagster), CI/CD, RBAC, and observability. Collaborate with business and technical teams to operationalize data models for reporting, analytics, and data products while leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

Support pricing teams to produce trusted benchmarks by ensuring governance, compliance (including IOSCO), data integrity and process efficiency. Maintain pricing tools and databases, identify and mitigate risks, implement automation and system enhancements, resolve data discrepancies, create SOPs and training, and collaborate with editorial, analytics, compliance and product teams.

The Strategic Industry Expert in Metals will engage with senior stakeholders to drive growth, deliver insights, and enhance Fastmarkets' offerings in the Asian and Middle Eastern market for metals and mining commodities.

Maintain and develop index pricing data models, normalize diverse market data, automate and optimize models, analyze large datasets to produce actionable insights, collaborate with reporters, editors and cross-functional teams, and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to support pricing, editorial strategy, and KPI improvements.
