Leads global supply chain transformation programs spanning planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales operations. Owns program scope, governance, execution, risks, dependencies, change control, roadmaps, and executive stakeholder alignment. Uses advanced planning systems, SQL, Python, BI tools, and Excel to support scenario modeling and decision-making. Collaborate with architects and pre- and post-silicon verification teams, establish functional coverage goals, debug gate-level and power-aware simulations, and generate ATE functional patterns. Build UVM-based methodologies, verification models, scoreboards, and checkers while validating bus protocols and interfaces including PCIe, AXI, USB, SPI, and UART.

Manage channel sales across distributors, resellers, and system integrators to achieve quarterly quotas, grow market share, expand indirect sales, and increase brand visibility. Develop territory sales strategies, pricing programs, demand forecasts, and go-to-market plans. Build partner relationships, educate customers on products and promotions, collaborate with marketing, and analyze competitive landscapes. Domestic travel and coordination with international cross-functional teams are required.

Lead definition, design, verification, and documentation of complex ASIC IPs and SoC RTL using SystemVerilog and UVM. Collaborate with architecture, IP, and SOC teams, develop ASIC verification methodology, perform debug and analysis, and support delivery for NAND/SSD/USB/SD storage products.

Verify, document and debug RTL in Verilog/SystemVerilog for complex ASIC IPs using UVM methodology. Collaborate with architecture and SoC teams, develop verification methodology and flows, and support IP integration and design across SSD, USB, and SD products.

Lead indirect material sourcing and procurement across China, Korea, and Taiwan. Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, POs, invoice verification, and supplier performance. Partner with stakeholders and Legal to ensure procurement compliance and continuous improvement while balancing cost, quality, service, and supply continuity.

Lead module-level test development for 3D NAND products: design and validate ATE solutions, develop test flows on Advantest and in-house platforms, perform bring-up, correlation, failure analysis, yield enhancement, and cross-functional debugging from pre- to post-silicon.

Lead definition, design, verification, and documentation of complex RTL IP using Verilog/SystemVerilog and UVM. Collaborate with architecture and SoC teams, develop ASIC verification methodology, debug complex issues, and provide technical leadership within a global ASIC/IP team.
