Lead product development and qualification of memory technologies, ensuring product reliability and manufacturability through technical leadership and collaboration.

Design transistor- and gate-level circuits for high-speed datapaths and page buffers in 3D NAND memory. Perform block and full-chip simulations, RTL/Verilog design, synthesis, STA and verification. Conduct silicon debugging and micro-probing, collaborate on silicon characterization, and produce technical reports and presentations.

Lead product definition and delivery for consumer software that integrates with hardware storage devices. Collaborate with software and hardware engineering, partners, design, QA, and marketing to define requirements, validate on-device performance, resolve compatibility issues, and drive cross-platform user experiences from concept through launch.

Lead development and optimization of test engineering strategies from NPI to high-volume manufacturing. Own product performance, design and validate test plans, reduce test time and CAPEX, support electrical failure analysis, maintain in-house tester (SHRACKU), mentor junior engineers, and deliver technical documentation and cross-functional solutions to improve yield, quality, and reliability.

Manage production planning and execution with contract manufacturers (CM): ensure daily commits, accurate inventory/WIP, retail fulfilment, weekly build schedules, CM performance reviews, scorecards, and participate in QBR/QER.
