Provide design engineering support for NAND flash customer failures: investigate failures, deliver root-cause reports, recommend screening/DFT improvements, and support design verification (logic and analog) using Verilog/Verdi and Hspice/FineSim.

Lead cross-functional POM team to drive product lifecycle readiness, qualification plans, NPI builds, and manufacturing ramp. Implement and monitor Europe pricing strategy across channels: develop price lists, SPAs, rebate and incentive programs; analyze channel pricing and market dynamics; drive revenue execution with sales; ensure consistent pricing policies, documentation, reporting, and payout accuracy; collaborate with POS, Sales Ops and claims; build analysis models to assess revenue and margin impact.

Lead implementation and monitoring of Europe pricing strategy across channels. Develop pricing programs (SPA, rebates, channel incentives), analyze channel pricing and market dynamics, drive revenue execution with sales, ensure consistent pricing policy application, document and report pricing results, and build financial/analysis models to assess revenue and margin impacts.

Design, develop, modify and evaluate chip architecture and core circuits for high-performance NAND flash (including advanced 3D NAND). Perform HSPICE, PRIMESIM and Verilog simulations and participate in silicon evaluation when available.

Define, develop, qualify new semiconductor packages and maintain quality of existing packages. Represent package engineering in cross-functional teams, manage reliability and DPPM, develop quality guidance, use DOE/RCA/DMAIC for failure analysis, and coordinate global factory introductions, yield improvements, and cost reduction programs.

Lead enterprise strategy for corporate purpose, employee communities, volunteering, giving, and learning. Own learning ecosystem (LMS/LXP), content strategy, governance, adoption, measurement, and team leadership. Partner with executives and HR to embed purpose into culture, scale volunteering and grants, and ensure programs align to business priorities and workforce readiness.

Lead month-end close and consolidation activities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support global accounting processes, drive automation and process improvements, oversee quality reviews and trainings, and assist internal and external audits to ensure SOX and US GAAP compliance.
