Lead North America compensation strategy for a global TIC company, designing salary structures, variable pay, incentives, executive and mobility packages. Drive benchmarking, analytics, compliance with labor/pay equity rules, manage compensation cycles and budgets, oversee HRIS data integrity, and build a regional compensation team partnering with HRBPs, Finance, Legal and global Total Rewards.

Serve as the FSSC business partner for Italy and Nordic markets, acting as trusted advisor to regional finance directors. Support tax team with preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation, organize tax records, analyze financial data for tax implications, perform reconciliations and calculations, assist with audits and data entry for tax compliance systems.
