Provide legal counsel on federal, state, and local legislative and regulatory matters affecting Public Storage; develop advocacy and compliance strategies; coordinate with lobbyists, trade associations, and internal stakeholders; translate regulatory changes into business guidance; support acquisitions and multi-jurisdictional compliance planning; build scalable tracking and response processes.

Support design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure (WAN/LAN/SD-WAN/wireless/firewalls/VPNs). Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, monitor network health, coordinate vendor support, implement upgrades/patches, document topology/configurations, and work with Security and Infrastructure for secure, reliable network services across multi-site environments.

Partner with Customer Care and finance leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; analyze call center cost drivers; build financial models, reports, and Power BI dashboards; translate operational metrics into financial insights; support staffing and ROI analyses for technology and automation; present findings to leadership.

Handle inbound customer calls and emails about tenant insurance coverage, billing, enrollments, policy changes, cancellations, reinstatements, and claims. Educate customers, document interactions, coordinate with insurance partners, maintain policy records, support audits and compliance, and assist with program administration and improvement initiatives.

Administer and monitor Workers' Compensation and General Liability claims throughout the lifecycle; coordinate with carriers, TPAs, brokers, legal, and field teams; maintain RMIS records; prepare and analyze claims reports and trends; support cost containment, compliance, return-to-work, and claim resolution; escalate complex or high-exposure claims.
