Support FP&A for Tenant Insurance and Lending businesses: build financial models, analyze performance and KPIs, prepare management reporting, support budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, business cases, and cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve profitability and operations.

Operate and support the vulnerability management program: run and validate scans, prioritize and track remediation, maintain exception and evidence records, produce reports and metrics, administer security tooling, support investigations and hardening, monitor threat intelligence, and coordinate remediation with infrastructure, application, and operations teams.

Provide legal counsel on federal, state, and local legislative and regulatory matters affecting Public Storage; develop advocacy and compliance strategies; coordinate with lobbyists, trade associations, and internal stakeholders; translate regulatory changes into business guidance; support acquisitions and multi-jurisdictional compliance planning; build scalable tracking and response processes.

Support procurement operations by coordinating national vendor accounts, maintaining supplier and contract data, monitoring inventory, reconciling POs and invoices in SAP and ServiceNow, coordinating hardware procurement and shipping, and liaising with field managers and vendors.

Lead development projects from acquisition through construction, managing entitlements, site selection, permitting, design, budgeting, pro forma modeling, and stakeholder coordination. Oversee multiple projects, prepare status and cost reports, negotiate with authorities, mitigate transaction and entitlement risks, and ensure timely completion against objectives and profit goals.

Provide legal support for joint ventures, the operating partnership, corporate governance, SEC reporting, and capital markets. Draft and negotiate JV and partnership documents, consents, amendments, and transaction agreements; perform due diligence and legal research; manage outside counsel; and partner with Acquisitions, Tax, Investor Services, and Finance to deliver business-focused legal advice.

Analyze large datasets to inform pricing and revenue decisions, build and maintain data models, perform data mining, produce reports and presentations, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for senior management.

Prepare SEC filings (10-K/10-Q), earnings releases, and technical accounting analyses. Support complex transactions, new accounting standards adoption, audits, and process improvements while meeting strict reporting timelines.

Support design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure (WAN/LAN/SD-WAN/wireless/firewalls/VPNs). Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, monitor network health, coordinate vendor support, implement upgrades/patches, document topology/configurations, and work with Security and Infrastructure for secure, reliable network services across multi-site environments.

Partner with Customer Care and finance leadership to manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; analyze call center cost drivers; build financial models, reports, and Power BI dashboards; translate operational metrics into financial insights; support staffing and ROI analyses for technology and automation; present findings to leadership.
