The Regional Project Controls Manager leads project controls for electrical engineering projects, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards through planning, monitoring, and reporting.

Manage incoming/outgoing project documentation, enforce version control and naming conventions, maintain trackers and archives, perform quality checks, use SharePoint/PMIS/Aconex, coordinate with stakeholders, and identify process improvements to ensure document integrity and compliance.

Produce detailed staging plans (lane shifts, detours, pedestrian/cyclist accommodations, transit adjustments), integrate multidisciplinary inputs, ensure constructability and safety, prepare technical reports and contract deliverables, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve corridor design conflicts during phased construction.

Lead development and delivery of urban drainage and wastewater hydraulic modelling (Infoworks ICM). Provide technical advice, mentor junior staff, support business development, promote SuDS and innovative modelling approaches, and maintain client and stakeholder relationships across UK projects.

Lead multidisciplinary rail infrastructure design teams across the full design lifecycle. Provide engineering governance, assurance, technical leadership, interface management, and support delivery from concept through detailed design and construction, ensuring safety, compliance, quality, and timely project delivery while supporting bids and team development.

Lead development and delivery of wastewater and urban drainage hydraulic modelling (Infoworks ICM), mentor staff, advise clients, support business development and tenders, promote SuDS and blue/green infrastructure, collaborate across UK/Ireland/France teams, and represent Egis at industry events.
