The Associate Copywriter will create compelling copy for various platforms, collaborate with design teams, manage files, and stay updated on industry trends.

Manage and optimize the company e-commerce store: create and edit product listings, analyze website and customer data, run marketing campaigns, set listing and content standards, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor competitors and trends, handle vendor relationships, use martech and customer service automation, and provide excellent customer experience for assigned product categories. Must work night shifts.

Implement frontend interfaces, integrate APIs and marketing technologies (GTM, GA4, Facebook Conversion API, TikTok), troubleshoot issues, manage code and CMS content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document work, and pursue continuous learning including AI and automation initiatives.

Produce short-form video content for Reels, TikTok and similar platforms: ideate, film, edit (phone-based), act as on-screen talent when needed, manage multiple client accounts, ensure QA and adhere to company policies.

Lead photo and short-form video production from pre-production planning and on-set direction to post-processing and editing. Coordinate logistics, manage projects, collaborate with marketing and production teams, participate in pitches, and ensure final content meets branding and quality standards.
