Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including invoice processing in D365, weekly invoicing close, Amazon shipment audits, reimbursement claims, marketplace backend configuration, inventory and procurement tracking, vendor payments, and marketplace data analysis to support profitability and operational accuracy.

Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads using email, phone, social media, and events. Manage leads in CRM, progress pipeline for handoff to closers, collaborate with sales and marketing, build prospect relationships, present product value, attend training, and travel for trade shows and business trips.
