The Development Associate will provide administrative support for fundraising activities, including database management, donor recognition, and communications, while collaborating with the development team.

Lead program management and scale planning for SALP and SPELL in Ethiopia. Produce high-quality communications and proposal inputs, build scenario-based cost models, maintain project systems (RASCI, workplans, trackers, SharePoint), coordinate with government and donors, and ensure programmatic excellence through strong writing, quantitative analysis, and operational organization.
