The Assistant Plant Controller prepares financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and month-end close activities. Responsibilities include inventory and revenue analysis, accounts payable, reconciliations, accruals, fixed-asset and capital-project reporting, SAP updates, internal controls, and KPI reporting. The role supports the Plant Controller, documents processes, performs ad hoc Excel analysis, and collaborates with plant management. Occasional overtime, weekend work, PPE use, and travel for conferences or training may be required.

Provides customer support and administrative assistance in a manufacturing and distribution environment. Enters orders into production and customer systems, maintains spreadsheets and files, runs reports, prepares shipping documents and labels, coordinates pickup appointments, and communicates customer requirements. Supports data-driven analysis of customer service performance while handling office duties, production updates, and shipping documentation.

Sells new profitable accounts, services existing customers, follows up on collections and order specifications, processes paperwork, and assists with annual sales forecasting. The role requires product and costing knowledge, regular customer travel, sample loading and unloading, clear communication, basic business mathematics, and compliance with company policies. Performance is assessed through sales and service results, professional growth, employee relations, and creativity.

Leads and supports the customer support team while analyzing customer service activity and producing reports, presentations, and actionable insights. Performs data entry, maintains spreadsheets and customer files, manages production orders, labels, shipping documentation, shipment appointments, customer portals, and bills of lading. Communicates with customers, production employees, and management in a manufacturing and distribution center environment.

Manage daily dispatch and driver assignments for a fleet of 60+ CDL Class A drivers. Use PeopleNet, TMW, and TotalMail to schedule, code, and track deliveries, backhauls, and equipment status. Enforce DOT and company compliance, handle customer and driver communications, document incidents, maintain reports, and support shift handovers to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective operations.

Lead analytics and strategy for Walmart sales and eCommerce, manage item setup and SQEP dispute resolution, optimize replenishment and supply chain performance, develop dashboards and insights, and advise sales leadership to drive revenue, in-stock performance, and deduction recovery.
