Provide functional support for ERP Procurement and SCM modules: analyze business requirements, produce OUM-aligned functional specs, configure and test modules, resolve user issues, design solutions, run performance tests, and train end-users.

Plan, design and execute ATP and UAT tests for applications, services and devices; prepare test cases and reports; run automated TM tests; collaborate with developers and vendors to ensure software quality.

Conduct market monitoring and competitor analysis, prepare periodic and ad-hoc research reports, design surveys and manage data cleaning, support BI/DWH and data mining projects, and produce weekly, monthly and yearly commercial reports for management.
