Lead discovery, design, and delivery of AI-powered products for freight operations. Prioritize AI opportunities, run user research, define requirements and success metrics, partner with engineering to ship production-ready solutions, build product operations, and drive adoption and monitoring of AI workflows.

Lead and scale internal business functions (HR, finance, payroll, legal, compliance, executive support). Drive operational strategy with the CEO, manage cross-functional teams, improve systems/processes, oversee payroll and financial reporting, manage external counsel, and serve as escalation point to ensure compliant, scalable operations in a high-growth logistics startup.

Execute daily dispatch operations: assign loads, communicate with drivers, handle exceptions, and track KPIs. Use AI tools to research, troubleshoot, draft, analyze, and automate workflows. Improve and document playbooks, escalate judiciously, and partner with engineering/product to automate recurring manual work.
