Maintain IT infrastructure and provide first-level support for users, MES, and manufacturing systems. Manage devices, accounts, software, networks, backups, security, IT assets, onboarding, and vendors. Provide Tier 1 voice-of-customer support for end users on SAP S/4HANA. Investigate and troubleshoot incidents, review source code and system configurations, identify root causes, escalate issues, document interactions and resolutions, collaborate with IT and SAP teams, and communicate technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Provides functional SAP Logistics Execution consulting, including process analysis, system configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, user support, training, documentation, issue monitoring, and coordination with headquarters. Supports SAP ECC 6 or HANA environments, EDI processing, ABAP debugging, testing, and lifecycle implementations. Requires collaboration with North American sites and foreign-country business travel, along with bilingual Korean and English communication.

Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, coordinate between warehouse and customers to track shipments and resolve discrepancies, process and verify logistics invoices, support billing and claims resolution, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
