Coordinate ocean, air, and trucking freight with carriers and logistics providers. Support fulfillment and distribution, maintain SOPs, ensure compliance, resolve freight issues, analyze operational KPIs, and improve logistics efficiency. The role requires strong customer service, negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of import operations, global logistics, and customs compliance. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Provides management reporting, pricing and freight quotation support, CRM and sales database maintenance, customer service coordination, sales documentation, profitability analysis, market research, and cross-functional logistics support. The role assists sales and operations teams, handles inquiries and complaints, supports contracts and shipment processing, and contributes to process improvement initiatives.

Manage full-truckload (FTL) transportation operations, build carrier and customer relationships, negotiate freight rates, monitor shipments, resolve delays and claims, collaborate with internal teams, coach staff, support process improvements, and handle administrative reporting and projects as assigned.

Manage and track product movement via air and land freight, liaise daily with customers/carriers/internal teams, report supply chain KPIs, maintain logistics documentation, resolve discrepancies, analyze cost-effective transport methods, coordinate with site managers, perform ad-hoc reporting, and occasionally work night shifts.

Plan, execute, and improve inbound/outbound air and ocean freight operations. Monitor shipments, coordinate with ports/terminals and partners, manage transload warehouse KPIs, dispatch TL outbound orders via TMS, ensure compliance and documentation, and resolve shipment exceptions.

Develop and align logistics operation plans with production schedules, forecast resource needs, analyze KPIs and operational data to improve efficiency, support process improvements for higher volume, and prepare planning reports and dashboards.

Plan, execute, and improve international air, ocean, and OTR freight operations. Track shipments and documentation, manage transload warehouse capacity and KPIs, schedule TL dispatch via TMS, coordinate with ports/terminals and partners, handle exceptions/claims, ensure regulatory compliance, and support continuous operational improvements.

Collect, analyze, and report on transportation claim data; monitor aging claims; produce daily/weekly/monthly reports; build and maintain ETL processes; use systems like NERP, SAP, WMP, TMS; meet management deadlines and support ad hoc reporting and special projects.

Processes vendor and customer invoices, coordinates timely payments, prepares labor and billing reports, and supports financial closing and forecasting. Maintains site rosters, inventory, and supplies; conducts safety and compliance walks; obtains repair quotations; coordinates maintenance vendors; identifies cost savings; monitors trends; and provides ad hoc reporting. Requires flexibility to work overtime.
