Plan, execute, and improve inbound/outbound air and ocean freight operations. Monitor shipments, coordinate with ports, terminals, carriers and customs brokers, manage transload warehouse KPIs and TL outbound dispatch via TMS, handle documentation, claims and escalations, ensure regulatory compliance, and produce daily tracking reports including weekend operations.

Manage day-to-day air, ocean and OTR freight operations including scheduling, tracking, documentation, customs coordination, partner communications, claims handling, and compliance. Monitor shipments, maintain reports and KPIs, resolve exceptions, and support warehouse and export processes while working rotating weekend shifts as needed.

Manage and track product movement across air, ocean, and land carriers; liaise daily with customers, carriers, and internal teams; monitor KPIs and logistics performance; maintain records and documentation; analyze cost-effective transportation methods; coordinate with site managers; produce ad-hoc and monthly reports; resolve transportation discrepancies.

Manage and support IT security policies, monitoring, incident response, access controls, vulnerability assessments, audits, and security awareness. Use SIEM tools (Splunk/Sentinel), collaborate with IT teams and vendors, document findings, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage monthly accounts receivable billing and invoicing, maintain billing backups and contract documentation, coordinate with account managers and cross-functional teams, use Excel and SAP for forecasts and invoicing, follow up on past-due balances, prepare accrual schedules, and support AR/AP and audit documentation.

Coordinate and track IT/infrastructure projects: create documentation, schedules, status reports, meeting minutes, and budgets; liaise with vendors and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and manage issues and risks.

Coordinate and manage IT security implementation projects: define scope, schedules, budgets, and resources; document requirements; lead change management; engage stakeholders; track risks/issues; produce status reports and meeting minutes; work with vendors and infrastructure teams; provide technical review of SOW/BOM/solution architecture; and support project turnover to delivery.

Design, develop, and maintain Cello system projects; provide first-tier user support and emergency fixes; monitor logs and perform basic administration; coordinate vendor interfaces via EDI; apply TDD and refactor for continuous platform quality improvement.

Maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing payments, manage client accounts and payment schedules, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, support month/quarter/year-end closings and audits, assist with tax document preparation, perform general ledger/bookkeeping, and follow internal accounting controls.
