Process customer billing and manage AR/AP using internal systems. Issue and post invoices, reconcile accounts, follow up on carrier charges and disputes, update receivables, and report billing activity. Collaborate with international offices (Brazil, China, Vietnam) and ensure accurate, timely billing and client communication.

Provide bilingual (Korean/English) administrative and sales support for logistics operations: prepare management reports, handle pricing inquiries, maintain CRM and sales databases, coordinate customer service and cross-functional teams, assist with sales materials, perform profitability analyses, market research, and process-improvement tasks.

Coordinate inbound/outbound freight via air, ocean, and land; generate shipping documentation; liaise with customers, carriers and account agents; provide quotes and billing documentation; monitor KPIs, inventories, and supplier/LSP performance to ensure timely delivery and high customer service.

Support FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, KPI tracking, and variance analysis. Maintain and reconcile large datasets, produce weekly/monthly dashboards, respond to ad-hoc analyses, assist financial modeling, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and Korea HQ to compile executive-level reports and ensure data integrity.

Lead monthly consolidated financial reporting, support year-end audit, analyze financials for internal and global meetings, manage cash flow and assets, prepare accounting memos under US GAAP/IFRS, review invoices/expenses/payroll, coordinate tax returns and multi-entity forecasting, and handle special projects.

Manage end-to-end customer inquiry workflows, implement a centralized service platform, develop approved response templates, draft complex responses, monitor sentiment and trends, produce regular reports, and translate customer insights into operational improvements and corporate communications support.

Manage billing and settlement for freight forwarding: process customer invoices, audit carrier bills, analyze corrections, prepare reports, improve automation, and communicate with customers and carriers.

Review, verify, and process logistics settlements and vendor invoices; reconcile billing discrepancies; prepare monthly and quarterly settlement and cost reports; track logistics expenses and support cost-control initiatives while coordinating with internal finance and logistics teams and external vendors.
