Own Canva’s end-to-end marketing strategy for the Philippines, driving brand awareness, adoption, affinity, and growth. Lead a multidisciplinary team across brand, social, influencer, events, and community; oversee integrated campaigns, creative production, media buying, partnerships, and community initiatives. Create Japan-focused templates for Canva’s design marketplace, develop culturally relevant concepts and styles, collaborate with asset creators, and use AI tools to produce content at scale. Manage template quality, write creator briefs, provide design feedback, and coordinate freelancer designers to keep work aligned, on schedule, and on-brand.

Owns large, multi-market paid search portfolios across SEM, Shopping, Google App Campaigns, Apple Ads, and emerging AI search platforms. The role leads campaign strategy, budget and incrementality decisions, stakeholder communication, measurement experimentation, automation, market launches, and responses to platform changes. It requires advanced Google and Bing Ads expertise, bid management experience, analytical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate autonomously across global markets and time zones.
