Own Canva’s Vietnam campaign calendar, budget allocation, media mix, creative strategy, measurement-informed investment decisions, and partnership strategy. Coordinate local and global marketing stakeholders, guide multi-channel campaigns, interpret MMM, incrementality, MMP, and platform data, and negotiate partner opportunities in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

Develop international portfolio strategy across 23 markets, allocating investment and identifying market-specific growth drivers. Contribute hands-on to architectural decisions and evaluate AI tooling, with potential involvement in Rust, C++, open source, and design systems.

Own product strategy, execution, and outcomes for high-impact CJKI initiatives across growth and platform experiences. Translate global vision into localized solutions, define and track metrics, make decisions under uncertainty, lead experimentation, and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority. The role requires strong data fluency, structured thinking, rapid domain ramp-up, clear documentation, and expertise in at least one CJKI market.

Lead and scale Mid-Market and SMB Enterprise sales in North America: own revenue, build and hire high-performing teams, develop playbooks, processes, forecasting, enablement, and launch Canva Grow while partnering with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Sales Ops.

Lead the technical direction and implementation of Canva’s hybrid mobile platform across React Native, iOS, and Android.
