Lead and build the Foundation's legal function: advise on Swiss foundation governance, open-source licensing, trademarks, IP defense, commercial contracts, employment and cross-border matters; manage external counsel; create templates, policies, and compliance processes.

Develop and maintain frontend components across multiple open-source ecosystem projects. Perform code reviews, collaborate with design and product teams, improve frontend architecture, address user issues, and prepare tasks for community contributors.
