Lead technical direction for the Growth team, building onboarding, adoption, experimentation, analytics, and conversion experiences. Scope and oversee projects, design solutions, build data pipelines and event-tracking systems, and make build-versus-buy decisions. Mentor engineers through design and code reviews, establish effective AI-assisted development practices, support hiring, and improve platform processes. The role requires full-stack development, data engineering, analytics, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and close attention to user experience.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Method's CRM apps and reusable components. Provide hands-on full‑stack development (React, C#/.NET), architect event-driven systems, integrate third‑party APIs, ensure testing/observability/CI‑CD, mentor engineers, and drive platform modernization and delivery.

Implement, customize, integrate, test, and refine Method CRM solutions for customers. Gather business requirements, translate them into technical designs and data models, manage project scope, hours, schedules, and budgets, provide paid training and consulting, advise customers on business processes and growth opportunities, and communicate product enhancement feedback to internal teams.
