Lead month‑end close and financial reporting, prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, support A/R, A/P, billing, cash, capitalization, project accounting, and revenue recognition. Partner with FP&A, capital markets, and ops for budget-to-actual analysis, audits, intercompany accounting, and ad hoc analyses. Provide corporate legal support for data center and power infrastructure projects: draft and negotiate contracts, advise on development-stage agreements, manage governance and subsidiary compliance, identify and mitigate legal/business risks, coordinate stakeholders, and manage outside counsel. Hybrid Denver role with up to 15% travel.

Design and standardize telecommunications infrastructure for Rowan data centers, including ISP/OSP systems, fiber backbone and cabling, carrier/MEET‑ME facilities, network topology/IP strategies, and commissioning/testing (OTDR). Coordinate across engineering, construction, operations, customers, and vendors from design through turnover.
