Own retention and renewals for mid-market and SMB B2B SaaS customers. Manage renewal conversations for larger accounts, build scaled customer-success programs for smaller accounts, monitor health scores, identify churn risks, drive feature adoption, generate expansion and annual-conversion leads, and provide evidence-based feedback to Product. The role also requires reporting, automation-tool expertise, AI fluency, and managing a book of hundreds of accounts.

Engages primarily inbound prospects through phone, email, and SMS; conducts discovery, qualifies leads, schedules Account Executive meetings, and maintains accurate Salesforce pipeline records. The role also supports outbound campaigns, prioritizes construction-business prospects using data, improves messaging and sequences, and consistently meets qualified-meeting and activity targets.

Manage and grow Workyards top 150-200 high-MRR accounts, own renewals and expansions, act as executive advisor, identify churn risk and upsell opportunities, develop repeatable playbooks, mentor other account managers, and represent customer needs internally.

Work on the Growth team to rapidly design, build and iterate front-end experiments that validate activation ideas. Implement MVP tests, instrument analytics, choose the shortest technical paths, prioritize experiments, and ship quickly within an autonomous pod.

Own strategy, discovery, definition, delivery, and adoption for one or more product lines. Run regular customer discovery, build prototypes, define success metrics, partner closely with engineers, own GTM collateral and pricing input, and measure adoption post-release to iterate.
