Manage a Salesforce admin, design and operate autonomous Agentforce agents, ensure data governance and a unified customer profile, oversee API integrations and migrations, and build testing and release processes to maintain system integrity and compliance.

Lead StickerYou’s people strategy and HR operations, partnering with CEO and leadership to drive talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, payroll, employee relations, development, and culture across distributed Canadian and international teams. Manage a small HR team, oversee HRIS/payroll (Rippling), implement scalable people programs, succession planning, and leverage AI/automation to improve HR processes and candidate/employee experience.

Lead the cross-functional Factory in a Box transformation program from initiation to implementation. Maintain integrated roadmaps, manage dependencies, vendors, budgets, risks, governance, and executive reporting. Coordinate workstreams across engineering, software, cloud, supply chain, marketing, legal, and operational readiness to ensure repeatable, multi-site manufacturing deployment.

Lead UX strategy and design system for StickerYou's e-commerce site. Create end-to-end wireframes, high-fidelity designs and prototypes, run user research and analytics-driven optimizations, and overhaul site journeys and navigation to improve conversions. Individual contributor collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering.

Design and implement data models, pipelines, and ML systems to power AI agents and analytics. Build, deploy, and monitor machine learning models at scale, integrate Snowflake/AWS and Salesforce Data Cloud, and deliver production-ready data products and views to stakeholders.
