Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from qualifying and developing new business to closing complex, high-value deals. Build ROI-focused business cases, engage multiple stakeholders up to the C-suite, and consistently achieve quota. Collaborate with SDRs, sales leadership, GTM, Customer Success, and engineering teams. The role is based onsite in Munich, includes occasional customer travel, and requires native-level German and fluent business English.

Own the quality of Bliro’s chat and voice AI agents by improving prompts, context, model selection, evaluation harnesses, and benchmarking. Review real conversations, identify failure modes, build test sets and metrics, measure quality, latency, and cost, and establish a repeatable process for continuous agent improvement. The role requires strong Python skills, experience shipping LLM agents, statistical evaluation expertise, and the ability to translate conversations into actionable fixes.
