Support full lifecycle of legal recruiting: process applications, manage law school interview calendars and logistics, coordinate callbacks and onboarding for summer associates, maintain candidate and law school files, assist events and database testing, document procedures, and provide administrative support to recruiting team and hiring partners.

Provide high-level legal and corporate research for attorneys using online databases, internal systems, and AI. Analyze results, prepare executive summaries and reports, evaluate research resources, train users, manage requests, support vendor relations, and contribute to knowledge management, resource selection, and business development initiatives under tight deadlines.

Lead and improve the firms records information management program, oversee vendor contracts, manage records lifecycle and litigation holds, support client file transfers, develop business continuity plans, produce analytical reports, deliver training, and align records practices with information governance.
