Leads on-site execution of a government task order in Okinawa, coordinating Government stakeholders, supervising approximately nine employees, managing staffing and onboarding, tracking CAC and clearance requirements, overseeing licensing and training, enforcing safety and quality standards, maintaining operational records, and delivering recurring reports. The role identifies and mitigates execution risks, improves processes, and ensures compliance with PWS requirements and military installation procedures.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow, and integrations. Provides on-site systems administration and financial application support for an Air Force comptroller unit. Maintains workstations, peripherals, accounts, applications, telecommunications devices, Portal and SharePoint content, IT assets, inventories, patches, and continuity procedures. Troubleshoots technical issues, coordinates escalations with help desks and communications personnel, supports financial application upgrades, and advises management on IT procurement and operational needs.

Designs and engineers TCP/IP transport networks, routing protocols, virtual networking, and Cisco-based infrastructure. Performs upgrades, operations, maintenance, configuration management, and troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and VoIP environments. Implements INFOSEC, COMSEC, firewall, and perimeter security requirements; supports virtualization, cloud, RF spectrum engineering, automation, and SecDevOps initiatives.

Supports financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and ROI evaluation. Manages SharePoint sites, Outlook workflows, government data systems, data validation, dashboards, formal memos, and announcements. Collaborates with government personnel and cross-functional teams, validates and updates project data, supports process improvements, and provides insights for strategic decision-making. The role requires construction-related experience, knowledge of government funding and acquisition processes, and strong Microsoft Office and quantitative analysis skills.

Provides statistical, advanced analytical, and data science support for public health programs. Responsibilities include integrating and analyzing surveillance and administrative data, developing machine learning and predictive models, detecting anomalies, assessing data quality, creating visualizations, automating processes, preparing reports, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Develop and execute Salesforce test plans, cases, and scripts across functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and UAT testing. Validate Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, data migrations, and reporting. Manage defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools, support Classic-to-Lightning migration and release readiness, and communicate quality status to government stakeholders in a regulated federal environment.

Provides advanced technical leadership for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing secure network infrastructures. Responsibilities include firewall configuration and troubleshooting across Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper platforms; monitoring traffic for threats; addressing vulnerabilities; translating customer requirements into enterprise solutions; and supporting hybrid cloud network architectures. The role requires extensive networking expertise, cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
