Serve as a player-coach by personally scoping engagements, writing SOWs, leading customer delivery, and supporting strategic accounts. Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, and Engineering to improve retention, expansion, customer outcomes, and product feedback loops.

Prospect, develop, negotiate, and close new business with digital-native companies. Manage the full sales cycle, from customer engagement and consultative technical conversations through contracts, retention, and renewals. Help shape go-to-market strategy, exceed sales targets, and build trusted relationships with technical AI teams in a foundational sales environment.

Lead Braintrust’s product engineering organization, setting technical direction, improving UI quality, scaling frontend architecture, and delivering sophisticated AI-focused product capabilities. Build and develop a high-performing engineering team while partnering closely with Product, Design, customers, and code. Oversee products including prompt experimentation, versioning, multiplayer human review, and large-scale LLM analysis.
